These are the common things I hear when I was just getting into this thing called CrossFit. Yes, it was irritating. People around me were doing any movement relatively well, at least enough better than me. For sure, I wasn't executing the movement as smooth as them all. Felt like a retard, trying to get it right. Somehow every rep wasn't coordinated. The brain wanted to do this but the body wasnt cooperating.


If the people around could do it,especially the older ones, why can't I? I knew I was missing out - the physical potential that yet to be unlocked.


Ego was high. I thought I was strong but nope. How do I get better from there? I started to do this fitness more frequent.
