Our group classes at Catalyst offer an all-rounded approach to fitness that goes beyond traditional workouts. It's a blend of resistance training, aerobic exercises, and mobility work designed to improve your overall physical performance.

Workout of the Day


Our Workout of the Day classes encapsulate everything fitness should be— dynamic, challenging, and immensely rewarding. 


Here at Catalyst, "everything" truly means everything. From weightlifting to cardio, bodyweight movements, and more, our group strength training classes are designed to vary in load and intensity, ensuring no two days are the same. This variety is key to keeping you engaged, active, and on track to seamlessly integrate fitness into your daily routine. 


Our experienced coaches are dedicated to ensuring proper technique and safety above all. With no impossible workouts, our exercises are scaled to match each individual's intensity and ability levels. This means everyone from beginners to advanced athletes can participate confidently, knowing they're in good hands and can push their limits without risking injury.


How Do I Join?


For newcomers eager to dive into this transformative experience, the first class is an invitation to witness our unique approach, available for just $20. Lasting between 45 to 60 minutes, our sessions are compact yet potent, offering the right balance of intensity and recovery to propel you towards your goals.

If you are a newcomer to our regular classes, we also provide on-ramp sessions. These will cover the movement fundamentals, ensuring you have the basic movements mastered, and allowing you to get the maximum benefit during group classes. These can be flexibly scheduled to the client's preferred timing.


At Catalyst, our weekly fitness class schedule includes:


Weekdays: Classes at 6:30 AM, 8:00 AM, 9:15 AM, and 6:00 PM (No 6 PM class on Thursdays)

Saturdays: One class at 8:00 AM.


On some days, we mix things up to test how we perform under different conditions, truly embodying the spirit of versatility in fitness. At Catalyst, we believe that being fit means having the capability to tackle any physical task, any day.


On low-energy days, we still continue to work out, but regulated according to our body conditions - this makes working out a part of our lifestyle. Not every workout needs to be intense. On these days, we encourage light movements and even some skill/technique pieces that are often neglected in the fast-paced classes. If injured, movements can be scaled while not neglecting the other aspects of fitness. 


Training with Injuries


Injuries can be setbacks, but they don't have to sideline your fitness journey. If you're dealing with an injury, our coaches are here to guide you. Before participating in a class, we ask that you communicate with our team so we can offer tailored advice and modifications. While we're not equipped to treat injuries, our informed approach can help alleviate discomfort and ensure you stay active, while staying safe.
