Beginner's struggles

It would be a lie if someone says everything is easy. Nope, it's not easy. We all start somewhere.


I did struggled. What did I struggle?

  1. Barbell Front Rack Position.

  2. Core Engagement.

  3. Squatting below parallel.

  4. Holding weight overhead with full elbow extension.

  5. Complete a workout.


More often than not, I found myself scaling most of the workouts - lighter weight, reduced range of motion, do an alternative movement etc.


Of course, it wasn't 'fun'.
