It would be a lie if someone says everything is easy. Nope, it's not easy. We all start somewhere.
I did struggled. What did I struggle?
Barbell Front Rack Position.
Core Engagement.
Squatting below parallel.
Holding weight overhead with full elbow extension.
Complete a workout.
More often than not, I found myself scaling most of the workouts - lighter weight, reduced range of motion, do an alternative movement etc.
Of course, it wasn't 'fun'.
